Brand Development
To ensure a strong foundation for Forest Hill’s brand, our design team began with a comprehensive brand strategy session. This process involved deep research to define the core values and identity of Forest Hill, while also identifying and understanding the target audience. We then translated this strategic groundwork into a unique brand mark and a carefully curated set of visual and verbal language elements. Working with Tsai Design, we produced bespoke aerial, interior, and exterior renderings that showcased the development’s commitment to luxury and nature.An integral part of the branding process was the development of the tagline “Choose Tomorrow, Today.” This phrase encapsulates the ethos of Forest Hill: a forward-thinking, sustainable luxury destination that offers unparalleled value and a glimpse into the future of eco-luxury living. The tagline served as a cornerstone for our communications and will play a pivotal role in engaging future residents, investors, and potential brand partnerships, such as luxury hotels, restaurants, and lifestyle brands.

Marketing Assets
We created a suite of marketing materials tailored to support early-stage sales and brand awareness. These assets were designed to reinforce Forest Hill’s luxury positioning while fostering trust with prospective buyers and partners. Each piece was crafted to build long-term brand equity by appealing to the aspirational nature of our audience.
